Not too surprising as zn_release is likely focused on getting things stable for Xbox but win32base_rs.dll/win32kfull_rs.dll have been removed in 25370

@TocReno none, none exist as of right now if you want to get application support you need to not use the store version and use Interop Tools (Legacy) or L which you can find on xda developers, I remember telling you the same some time ago as well.
