So last month I posted about what terrible things @CoxComm does to the elderly on their bills. This next bill didn't reflect the changes that it took me 45 minutes on the phone to make. Also, the bill sent to her was a "summary" bill which doesn't show the TV breakdown.

I have failed as a parent! My daughter asked for the cereal with the two guys on the front. She doesn't know who The Flintstones are ...

@CoxHelp I spoke with a representative for 45 minutes. She reimbursed us for a portion of the money. Not nearly the amount she wasted over the months.

@ToddShermanAP I appreciate keeping an eye out for the services and bill. A representative within our Loyalty Department can help go over any possible account options or savings. 1-888-438-6673 8am -8pm weekdays (option 5 after entering the acct info over automated system). -Dustin

It's a shame what @CoxComm does to our elderly. Apparently, my mother has been paying for two services she doesn't use for months. They offer these services as complimentary and then they begin billing later. Check your parent's bills.
