@SawyerMerritt I think we can all agree by now that if Tesla had a “normal looking” truck they would be selling more of them. If the Cybertruck is the best, why is nobody buying it?

Many people are scared to get a Tesla because they think they need to spend $5000 or more to install a charger at home. No you don't. I charge my Tesla using a regular 240v outlet in my garage. Same outlet as a dryer. Your local electrician can install one for under $500. Your new Tesla already comes with a mobile connector that plugs right into it. If you want a Tesla Wall Connector, that's $450 and about $500 to install. Get home, plug it in, and by the time you finish making dinner it's fully charged. Charging at home can cost you under $3 a day. No more spending $60 a week on gas. The savings of driving an EV are HUGE and it starts on day one. What's stopping you from making the switch?

Everyone is going to want a ~$30K Tesla Cybercab when it becomes available. Tesla will sell millions of these: • Magnitude safer than human driving. • Have the ability to legally sleep as it’s driving you. • Operating costs could drop to as low as $0.20 per mile. • Great for elderly individuals who are no longer able to drive, as well as people with disabilities. • Work as are you being driven, or watch movies/play games. • Send off to run errands (pick up kids, pick up someone at the airport, etc). • The ability to add/subtract from the Tesla Robotaxi fleet to earn passive income. • Send to pick up groceries, or other orders. • Have the ability to send home after getting dropped off your location, eliminating the need for parking. • Send for service autonomously when needed. • Virtually Zero Maintenance. This car will revolutionize transportation, and car ownership.

I feel nothing but sadness seeing Shagbark navigate fatherhood among a country full of the neurotic conformist poors he spent years lionizing.

If Tesla makes a car with 3 rows of seats, each with its own pair of doors so nobody has to climb over anybody else to get to their seat, they will create a baby boom the likes of which we haven’t seen in 80 years

Both Elon and @woodhaus2 have said in separate interviews regarding future vehicles that (paraphrased): "Tesla is designing for an autonomous future." If a new ground-up design has human controls and standard forward-facing seats instead of a convertible interior, I'd be surprised. A standard SUV is so 1990's.

@LeahLibresco Something way cooler than a minivan is coming

We just got a 7-seat model Y, and we're gonna make that itty bitty third row work for us by hook or by crook because **** I love this car Full self-driving is the first real life changing quality of life improvement I've gotten from a product in as long as I can remember

MAKE A MINIVAN, ELON.
