Broader estimates predict that the government loses between a quarter and half a TRILLION dollars every single year to fraud. @0hour1 Security enhancement is separate from construction. It is with most federal building projects. Construction only provides the infrastructure. It is the agencies responsibility to provide the necessary security devices. Why is everyone trying to make a big deal of this?

Its for secret service upgrades Secret Service needs to be modernized and more efficient. After all these would be assassination attempts they need to be even more elite with higher standards. I rate the Secret Service these days at a C in terms of safety.
