As someone who's currently completing her Master's in Digital Audience Strategy, I learned that one of the worst things a company can do is delete negative feedback when it's given. This action blatantly shows they don't care about the presented issue and would rather ignore it than fix it. As a Black woman, this is super offensive. I'd downloaded Heartopia to try it out, and 5 mins into the tutorial, the game glitched. Then I heard the creators used AI for some components, and now this? Yikes. I was already planning on uninstalling, but wasn't able to get to it for a couple weeks. But after seeing this? Good thing my PC was only asleep this time. Give me my 11 GB of storage back.👎🏾
