I’m still trying to figure out what the point of that Winnie documentary was….or nina niyazi? Mission accomplished, I guess….I somehow admire her even more!✊🏾❤️ This woman was a wartime leader. She was tougher and braver than half our male leadership, so it’s no surprise that she faced the kind of resistance she did. Was she human? Of course! Did she make mistakes? Absolutely! But were her mistakes worse than those of her male counterparts, including the Cachalias of this world? Very doubtful. But because she was a woman, a bold one for that matter, her flaws must be magnified and paraded on global TV. Her wartime decisions are judged and dissected in peacetime, when everyone is suddenly on a high moral horse, so of course she will be a villain among saints! Continue to rest in peace Mama❤️🕊️

@ggdlams I don't know I left and I haven't been there since that day after Christmas, I told them that they is a snake in the house but they brushed me off "kuthi inyoka idlozi that came to say hi" they said. I will see them in winter🤣🤣

I saw a tweet here about a woman who was bitten by two cobras in her room. She apparently managed to drive herself to the hospital, where she sadly passed away. That story reminded me exactly why I don’t like being in KZN during the summer—especially emakhaya. One time, my uncle had a very unwelcome guest in the house. A black mamba had somehow made its way inside and settled on the ceiling. God knows how long it had been living there. Apparently, snakes can stay in your house for months without you even knowing 😭. What shocked me most was how calm my uncle was about it. He said as long as he didn’t disturb it, he just carried on as if nothing was wrong. Eventually, he called some neighbors who came to “remove” it. Luckily, I wasn’t home—because I’m pretty sure just seeing it would have sent me straight to the grave
