My wife had to be away on official assignment for three weeks, she was worried because senior man is just barely four months old and we don't have anyone living with us and couple with the fact that our first daughter just had a surgery. Things have been tough and the economy is not smiling and so we are both working hard to keep the family going. She was worried and almost cancelled the trip, but I knew we needed the trip as the allowance from it could sort some important things so I told her to go I will take care of the children since senior man was not on exclusive breastfeeding. On the day of the trip I could see the tears in her eyes which she was struggling to hide but I assured her not to worry. She had to carry breast pump along so she can be pressing the milk out until she returns. It been almost two weeks already and I been the one taking care of the three girls and senior man and we are all fine. Truly I have been exhausted because I have to also managed them along side my official responsibility which can be quite demanding too. All I can is that it is good to marry and an understanding and supportive partner. This my baby have been with me through thick and thin and Omo she deserves every sacrifice that I can make. Being a present father has also been very helpful in moments like this. @ImANorthernGirl make una come tell me thank you

Some persons and greedy na 5 and 6. 👇👇 The keke bus man that normally conveyed my good from mills to my warehouse did something today that will make me never to call him for work again! This is the man that his wife called me because I normally buys something from the wife’s small shop and begged to be giving her husband work cus he doesn’t normally gets people that he carries goods for! Although I have already another person who conveys my goods for me! The wife even knelt down and beg me since my own is constant and it’s everyday loading atleast the husband will be busy not the one he will come and pack the keke bus sleeping and eating from her little shop all because theres no customers for her husband! I then agreed and he started working with me! Although I use to see his greediness on daily basis this this someone after the days job will still hold me to add something for him even after the agreed price! If I buy something to eat and I didn’t buy for him too na wahala! The agreed price is always 1k per bag! So while we have loaded the last batch and heading to the warehouse together the company that I supply to called me and told me that price has added cus I have already told them that I will be supplying on Monday, i was very happy to hear that! Then when we offloaded and I want to pay him all the bags he loaded today was 48bags i wanted to do transfer for him and this man asked me that how much did I want to send? I said how much is it? Is it not 48k? He said no he won’t take 1k that he will collect N1500 i ask Him why and this man said no be you them tell now sey price don add? I became annoyed and asked him how is that his business i called him to come and carry goods for me at an agreed price so why is he putting eyes in my own! His own is to come and do his job collect his money and go! This man no gree o i thought it was a joke! The man then said i should give him 1200 that he cant take 1k o I asked him when the price of kernel drop did you remove money for me? I said for that i am going to pay u 1500 not 1200! He paid him 72k And told him that this is the last time I will ever call you again! And this is the last load you will ever carry for me! He then said i didnt said you should pay me 1500 I said you should pay 1200 naw oya no vex you know sey responsibility too much for me and this keke na higher purchase i carry am I need to remit money every month! Blah blah! I didn’t even mind him! Sensing that I am already angry he crossed the road to buy corn and local pear be bought two and come and be giving me one to take! So I was driving out of town today and saw 3 corpers standing by the road. I clocked one of them immediately, he was a remedial student back when I was in 100lvl. ​They were heading to Kaduna, so I offered to drop them in Zaria. ​When they asked for the price, I gave them the classic Hausa billing line, "Ba zai gagare ku ba" (It won't pass your power). ​ The moment they entered the car and felt the AC, panic entered the chat. ​"Ah, this presidential treatment, we can't afford it o!" 💀 ​They started lamenting that park people charged them 7k, and their total budget from Kano to Kaduna was 5k. I was just laughing. The best part? The guy I knew didn't even recognize me. ​ While they were giving me wild camp stories, I asked him where he schooled, then asked if he knew 'Phatboi'. ​The werey looked at my face properly, shouted, and said: "Ahhh! Boss, wallahi I no know sey na you o, I think sey na one alhaji as you wear kaftan and cap like this." 😭😭😭 When we got to Zaria, they tried to pay, but I told them to hold their money, I was traveling alone anyway. Now they only have to spend 2k to get to Kaduna from here. ​Today was their lucky day I guess.
