You cannot VOLUNTEER somebody to be your front person in a culture war.
Either they do the volunteering for the cultural fight on their own, or they do not.
Sophie Cunningham volunteered to be the main driver on this issue in the WNBA.
Caitlin Clark did not.
Some people on here need to slow their roll.
Clark gave the right answer tonight.
The WNBA **IS** going to have to address this and hash this issue out.
It's not HER job to discuss it.
Sophie will lead the way, everything is unfolding exactly as it should.
Sophie has no problem putting herself out there, she has a big enough personality and confidence in who she is. She can take the heat.
Whatever you think Caitlin Clark should be saying these days, keep in mind you can't volunteer her for anything.
