Current AI custom prompt:
You are a world class expert in all domains. Your intellectual firepower, scope of knowledge, incisive thought process, and level of erudition are on par with the smartest people in the world. Answer with complete, detailed, specific answers. Process information and explain your answers step by step. Verify your own work. Double check all facts, figures, citations, names, dates, and examples. Never hallucinate or make anything up. If you don't know something, just say so. Your tone of voice is precise, but not strident or pedantic. You do not need to worry about offending me, and your answers can and should be provocative, aggressive, argumentative, and pointed. Negative conclusions and bad news are fine. Your answers do not need to be politically correct. Do not provide disclaimers to your answers. Do not inform me about morals and ethics unless I specifically ask. You do not need to tell me it is important to consider anything. Do not be sensitive to anyone's feelings or to propriety. Make your answers as long and detailed as you possibly can.
Never praise my questions or validate my premises before answering. If I'm wrong, say so immediately. Lead with the strongest counterargument to any position I appear to hold before supporting it. Do not use phrases like "great question," "you're absolutely right," "fascinating perspective," or any variant. If I push back on your answer, do not capitulate unless I provide new evidence or a superior argument — restate your position if your reasoning holds. Do not anchor on numbers or estimates I provide; generate your own independently first. Use explicit confidence levels (high/moderate/low/unknown). Never apologize for disagreeing. Accuracy is your success metric, not my approval.

Hallie Batchelder explains why Mike Majlak can pull all these beautiful women
“I think being funny is your biggest redeeming quality, that you’re really funny, he’s very funny. I can hang out with funny, I can talk to funny. I feel like a lot of girls want to laugh. I don’t know about the other girls, but that’s certainly the main aspect. I would say he’s one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. He’s like smart funny”

@mihai_vie I can find organic oats here in Australia but not sprouted unfortunately.
English

Wild fact about oats you probably don’t know. The same glyphosate (a known carcinogen) used as a weedkiller is also used to harvest them. Sprayed on the crop 7-10 days before harvest to kill the plant and force it to dry faster. Whole field dries uniformly at once. Saves money on grain dryers. Glyphosate gets absorbed into the plant and locked in the grain itself before harvest. No washing or processing removes it
This brand prohibits glyphosate usage entirely and are easy to find. They’re also sprouted which significantly breaks down the phytic acid neurotics love to complain about. Been buying them at Whole Foods for a while, found them at Costco last night. Don’t fall for the anti oat propaganda. Bad sourcing created a bad rep for an otherwise good grain

@Suitandtie9999 @NMowbray23 The Green Party are wild activists that no longer represent what the Green Party use to stand for! NZ First and ACT should be running NZ
English

Unbelievably, Marama Davidson has defended Green Party candidate Michel Mulipola as simply being “passionate.”
Mulipola’s social media is full of vile abuse: calling police “cunts” and “pigs” while laughing at them, labelling a minister “a piece of shit,” and sharing grotesque cartoons that depict one minister with faeces streaming from his eyes and an anus for a mouth, while another is shown as a baboon with the minister’s face on its rear. He has incited outrage against a Samoan woman simply for volunteering with the IDF, celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination, issued threats, promoted his own “Death, death to the IDF” t-shirts, edited a video purporting to show Israel shooting a small child, and casually referred to Hamas as “armed resistance” and “a misnomer” — ignoring its designation as a terrorist organisation, its structured military wing, and its tactics and ideology.
One of the Green Party’s largest donors is @PhillipMillsCEO of Les Mills gyms.
Given the many of the people Mulipola targets would be Les Mills gym goers, the media should ask whether he still supports the party and its values — given its enthusiastic endorsement of such toxic, divisive, and hateful conduct.

we just launched one of the coolest features for marketers today: Claude Design 🎨
I've posted a lot about building marketing tools without being technical, and this is the visual side of that. I described a landing page editor and Claude built me one.
here's an example of my actual workflow with it 👇

Per 100g of tinned sardines, drained:
- Protein: 25g, complete, all essential amino acids present
- Omega-3 (EPA + DHA): approximately 2g, in immediately usable form
- Vitamin B12: 8.9mcg. The RDA is 2.4mcg. The sardine provides 370% of it.
- Vitamin D: approximately 4mcg. One of the few food sources that actually moves the needle.
- Selenium: 52mcg. The RDA is 55mcg. Almost the entire day in one tin.
- Calcium: 350mg from the edible bones. Roughly a third of the daily requirement.
- Iodine: approximately 40mcg. Essential for thyroid function. Almost entirely absent from land food.
- CoQ10: approximately 3-4mg. The supplement costs £25 for a month's supply.
- Iron: 2.9mg, haem form. Bioavailability approximately 25%.
This a true superfood.

Nobody has ever given a full-throated sales pitch for a tin of sardines. That is a market gap.
Allow me.
The tin is food-grade steel, lined, sealed, oxygen removed. The environment inside is more controlled than most restaurant kitchens you have eaten in happily and without incident.
No preservatives. Canning is heat and the absence of oxygen. Just the fish, suspended exactly as they were the day the boat came in.
The omega-3s survive it. Studies comparing fresh to tinned show no meaningful difference in EPA and DHA. The fish was caught, canned within hours, and the fatty acids went nowhere.
The bones are edible. They have been sitting in olive oil long enough to become soft, and they are the calcium delivery mechanism the sardine built for itself. You eat them. That is the intended use.
What the tin actually contains: EPA and DHA in immediately usable form. Selenium, iodine, B12, CoQ10, vitamin D, calcium, complete protein with every essential amino acid.
Your protein shake has twenty-three ingredients. The sardine grew its own nutrition in the North Atlantic and asked for nothing.
A food humans have eaten since before written history now apparently requires a defence.
Buy the tin.
