If I may, some friendly advice to my fellow conservative patriots.  We are posting in a very toxic place.  There are people who use this platform not to engage in an intelligent way, but smear, attack, character- assassinate, etc.  In many cases we know who they are and what they are -- podcasters, Woke Reich, political hacks, and grifters paid to create chaos and intimidate you with allegations, labels, slogans, graphics, and threats. Some are foreigners who are citizens of hostile countries.  And some are computer-generated bots.  Who knows. I want to suggest that we not only continue to post our patriotic opinions and factual information and, indeed, do so even more often and more aggressively than before.  I know it becomes exhausting to deal with the attacks and insults.  We certainly should not ignore them all, but we (including me) must not spend most of our time taking out the trash.   Again, no surrender, just strategic.  But the best way to deal with this is by pushing back hard with more posts, information, opinions, etc.  And that applies not just to the issue today, but in the future.  That's what we red-blooded Americans do -- when pushed we fight back harder.

Since Qatar is a great ally, why not tell them to stop pouring tens of billions into our schools to fund anti-American ideologies, to stop funding the Muslim Brotherhood and other terror organizations.

Russia is not winning this war. And Ukraine is now stronger on the battlefield. Today, with EU leaders, we will discuss how to further increase pressure on the Kremlin and push it towards negotiations. The swift adoption of our 21st package of sanctions will be an important step in that direction. My press remarks ahead of today’s #EUCO meeting ↓

Wtf is Ripple actually doing? It’s been a while since the XRP lawsuit was dropped, freeing Ripple from the chains it was binded. After the whole SEC drama cooled down, you’d think there’d be a ton of public news, big partnerships, real adoption stories — but it feels… quiet. No massive updates, no flashy announcements, no big cross-border payment rollout proof, nothing trending. It was projected towards replacing old SWIFT rails. Yet outside niche corners of Twitter/Reddit, I don’t see screenshots of pilot programmes, banks actually sending stuff of real transactions with XRP live on the ledger. Japan ? no update. By when can we expect Ripple to just breakout with its amazing system ? Seriously Ripple had lot of time since past half decade to just get things ready and get things real once the case was dropped. But it feels like no one is serious out there

The most underrated thing about XRP is how boring it is. No hype cycles. No celebrity endorsements. No meme coin energy. Just steady infrastructure being built by people who actually understand finance. Boring wins in the long run.

At $1 per $XRP - people assume they will always have access to cheap $XRP At $2 per $XRP - people still think there is plenty of time At $5 per $XRP - people won’t be impressed They’ll say “only $5?! I thought $XRP was meant to change finance” At $10-$20 per $XRP - doubt starts creeping in People will tell themselves this is probably the top They’ll say they missed it… but at least it isn’t $100 At $100 per $XRP - the FOMO mixed with regret begins Because now they have to pay 50x more for the exact same digital asset they could have accumulated at $2 At $1,000 per $XRP - it won’t be FOMO anymore It will be disbelief People will realise $XRP was never just another retail trade It was infrastructure hiding in plain sight At $10,000+ per $XRP - the regret will be brutal People will realise they fumbled one of the greatest wealth building opportunities of their lifetime Not because they never saw $XRP But because they never understood what they were looking at To the $XRP holders The people who accumulated The people who stayed focused The people who had the determination to hold You will be rewarded For your patience Your conviction And your ability to see the future before the crowd believed it was possible

Canadian kids are being replaced as the Liberals approve 1.4 million foreign workers 🍁 @TamaraUgo The majority of the approvals are for low-wage, entry-level positions that used to go to students and young Canadians, but are increasingly going to foreign workers as youth unemployment rises. Youth unemployment in Canada is on the rise, while employers have secured government approval to import more than 1.4 million temporary foreign workers since 2019. Those approvals come through the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) process, which requires employers to demonstrate they could not find a Canadian or permanent resident to fill a position before hiring abroad. Data compiled from Employment and Social Development Canada records show the program has expanded far beyond its original scope of addressing genuine, short-term (and often seasonal) labour shortages as immigration surges nationwide. From a pre-surge baseline of 82,396 approvals in 2019, positive LMIA positions exploded to a peak of 345,281 in 2023 – more than four times higher – before easing slightly to 228,074 in 2025 as Ottawa attempts to tighten the rules. Notably, pre-2019 averages hovered between 60,000 and 70,000 per year. @TimHortons franchisees rank as the largest food service user of this program, with roughly 2,400 approvals. The chain has faced sharp criticism for lobbying the government to raise the low-wage cap, as the once-iconic Tim Hortons brand fades from a symbol of Canadian pride into something increasingly recognizable. In an attempt to save face, last month the company announced plans to hire 10,000 locals and cut temporary foreign worker use by half, yet it continues to recruit endless TFWs nationwide. The bigger picture lies beyond any single chain. @MapleLeafFoods (@mapleleaf) leads LMIA approvals with more than 3,200 approvals, followed by participants in the Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program and major players in food processing, retail, and logistics. The dominant occupations are overwhelmingly low-skill and low-wage, including general farm workers, food counter attendants, harvesting labourers, light-duty cleaners, cooks and transport truck drivers. Agriculture and food services account for the bulk of volume through the low-wage and agricultural streams, which operate with minimal caps. Ontario alone holds 412,300 approvals, accounting for nearly 30% of the national total. British Columbia, Quebec, and Alberta aren’t fall behind. In fact, these four provinces represent more than 80% of all approvals across Canada. Every one of the 1.4 million positions represents an employer certification that no suitable Canadian or permanent resident was available. At these numbers, that seems more like a rubber-stamp policy failure than a genuine labour shortage. It’s also left workers caught in a system that ties their status to their employer and leaves them vulnerable to exploitation, including LMIA fraud that has not only become rampant but is also well-documented. After all, the program was designed for targeted, seasonal needs, but has instead become a structural feature of entire industries that have grown accustomed to importing labour instead of raising wages or investing in domestic training. With youth unemployment on the rise and social pressures mounting, the scale of these approvals has many Canadians wondering if various immigration programs are still serving their original purpose or whether they’ve quietly become a de facto policy of replacing and displacing young Canadian workers.

🚨17-year-old Samuel Davis went to the Classic Mart & 420 Shop in San Antonio around 1 a.m. on Friday and tried to buy a 99-cent tobacco product. The store clerk refused to sell it to him because Davis was underage. The refusal led to an argument between the two inside the store. During the confrontation, Davis allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the store clerk multiple times. After the attack, Davis ran from the scene. When police arrived, they found the store clerk suffering from several stab wounds. He died at the scene from his injuries. Investigators reviewed store surveillance footage, which reportedly captured the incident, and a witness later identified Davis from a photo lineup. Police also spoke with a coworker who said Davis was a regular customer who often caused problems, acted aggressively, and was known to steal from the store. After a nearby standoff connected to the investigation, Davis was taken into custody and charged with murder. His bond was set at $500,000.

I thank all our people who are fighting for Ukraine, working for our state, and helping defend our national interests. And I thank all our partners in the EU and every leader personally for this strong step for the sake of Europe. Ukraine is defending itself and, in doing so, all of Europe – the idea that European nations can live united, free, and in peace. As we have said, Ukraine is doing what is necessary, and it is important that the EU is also keeping its word. The opening of the first cluster is significant political and moral support for our state and our people. We also thank Europe for all its other support – support that shows true leadership and helps us protect lives. Everything has also been done to open the next clusters. We also congratulate Moldova on this step, which we are taking together.
Ursula von der Leyen@vonderleyen

Today, the European Union took a major step forward. All Member States agreed to open the first accession negotiations cluster with Ukraine and Moldova. At the first Intergovernmental Conference on Monday, we will open the cluster on fundamentals; the backbone of the accession process. It covers the core values and principles on which the EU is built, from the rule of law to strong democratic institutions. This is a recognition of the determination, courage and hard work shown by both countries in advancing reforms, even in the face of immense challenges. And a signal that the EU’s offer of peace, stability and opportunity is unmatchable. Enlargement is a strategic choice. By bringing our nations closer together, we strengthen peace, security and prosperity across our continent. In a world marked by growing uncertainty, a larger European Union is in our common interest. Enlargement remains one of the EU’s greatest success stories and our best investment in our shared future.
