Americans don't understand that the British are not woke, at least in the same way as us. They are paralyzed with fear over embarrassing themselves or the other person. They will burn their homes down to avoid a faux pas.

So much fun - I've just vibe coded a game using Gemini 3. Inspired by Pac-man but in 3D on a Tiny Planet.
I've struggled with cameras and controllers with @threejs before but this was so easy.

Not sure if this is suddenly a huge concern for everyone or if I watched a couple of vids about rescued strays and it's labelled me.

I’ve realised that I made an amateur’s mistake in the tweet below. The alien spaceship (which is a comet) shite is only out of hand on my timeline because the X algorithm has classified me as a UFO nobber because I keep talking about it. An exponentiation of drivel has ensued. Therefore I will stop and world will become sensible again. I think that’s how it works ……

Everyone should listen to @carolynporco … this alien spaceship stuff is completely out of hand - it’s OVERWHELMINGLY likely to be a lump of ice and rock. We went through similar nonsense with the ‘LHC might create a black hole and destroy the world’ fiasco. There is value in thinking about highly unlikely possibilities of course - and it can be fun to publish a paper or two on them - but some people who are not scientifically / statistically literate really worry about these things when they read about them out of context in the press or on social media.

@kentcdodds I can't remember not enjoying the company of my children. Yep, it's difficult when they're really small, but it's exciting to see that early development.

Crazy how long it takes for fatherhood to become fun. My son just turned 3 and I almost want to say I’m only just now starting to find this gig fun, like at all. I guess fathers don’t talk about this because it sounds bad but 0-2 is pretty boring. Not much for a man to do until they can roughhouse and form ideas.
