I guess you don’t know the meaning of a thought experiment or know the history of guilds/monopolies. And yes I would be happy to never see a doctor again if we build something better. It’s your assumption that whatever that looks like needs to be built by you. But you don’t explain why that is a true statement. Your challenge is basically a non-sequitur.

Try a simple thought experiment - completely eliminate the traditional physician from the equation and see what you get. This could be a transformation that is physician led but it is a rarity (never) that a guild sinks their heart and soul into dismantling their monopoly on services.

Refusing to participate in the insurance racket is a start. The healthcare system would literally not function without physicians. If physicians collectively chose a different path, the system would have to adapt. To act as though we are powerless—or incapable of driving meaningful change—is misguided. Physicians remain one of the few groups with the leverage to fundamentally reshape healthcare.

Change cannot—and will not—come from within the system. Physicians have to lead this movement, and that means being willing to walk away from systems, incentives, and structures that no longer serve patients. Too much of modern healthcare is optimized for institutional preservation rather than human health. Real reform will not come from another committee, administrative layer, or corporate initiative. It will come from clinicians willing to challenge the status quo and build something better.
