@thnkclrly Despite the obvious downsides, there IS something simultaneously comforting and empowering about expression through new clothing and the like.

For some reason I’ve been feeling this intense desire to really spend outrageous money on new clothes. Shoes, boots, suits, sweaters. I’m usually obsessed with one or maybe two things at a time but right now I want it in piles. What’s going on?
