As big as Wednesday are, I can’t see him staying in LG1 with another club when he could just stay here and go for promotion again.

@PMarshy77 @VP_Bantam I agree with adding Lapslie tbh, and I’d like to think Walker becoming No2 is guaranteed. Only reason I didn’t add Powell is purely down to availability, and Humps, I would move on if we get an offer, frustrates me a lot. Will take a perfect window to stay up IF we get there.

@TomLees02 @VP_Bantam Squad additions I'd add Powell, Lapslie, Humps, Walker. That would probably mean we had to recruit 10 championship quality players which is highly unlikely.

@PargeyBCAFC Yh there’s a lot of talent and young players out there to look at but Irrelevant of what league we’re in I think we need to prioritise some more proven, solid players in certain postions. GK, CM & CB being the priority.

@TomLees02 Be interesting to see how Argyle approach it on Tuesday as they are red hot going forward, but may just let us dominate the ball like Mansfield, Stevenage & Barnsley before them. We really struggle with that 2 man midfield against a 451 or 4141

Call me crazy, but I’d seriously consider changing shape now. Sounds mad because the 3421 has got us to this point, but we’ve looked stale for quite a while now & teams have figured us out. It’s getting easier for them to set up and grind out results against us. #BCAFC

@dannym97 Exactly that. We either press high and win it, or rely on a diagonal to get up the pitch. Now teams know not to mess around at the back to stop our press & double up on our WB’s, yet we still persist with long ball. We’ve been awful to watch for months & need to try something new

@Roebi1kanobi1 Agree, it won’t happen, GA is way too stubborn to opt for something different then what we’ve used all season, but its definitely something that has to be talked about, because some of the stuff we’ve seen over the last few months has been dire.

@hemslinho Yeah, I thought the same, despite it being against 10 men, that 25 mins in that shape in the 2nd half was much better than recent months imo. Feels/looks more natural with players in their best roles. But I can’t see GA changing for such a big game Tues tbh.

@TomLees02 Think we played something similar to this when we actually started playing football yesterday, we're wasting players at the back when we could have more options in attack. Neufville could do so much more as a winger rather than wingback

@OHbcafc @BCAFCBH Just idiotic behaviour, before the game even started I saw part of a chair go flying along with multiple plastic bottles, just don’t understand what goes through your head to do that in general, even more so when it’s your own fans getting hit by them.

@Chris_Taylor32 Sticking with the same system is the issue. GA never seems willing to change shape, just forces players like JM into roles that don’t suit them. Why not switch to a 4-3-3 or similar and actually go for it, instead of persisting with something that clearly hasn’t worked recently?

It’s not GAs fault that we couldn’t score the chances we had in the first 20 mins. What is a worry is when we concede we look totally devoid of confidence and ideas #bcafc

The Jan window & GA’s stubbornness away from home will cost us promotion/a playoff place here. We clearly need a different approach away. It’s scarily obvious what we’re going/wanting to do. Once again awful, no intensity, fight, organisation or quality after an ok start. #BCAFC

@BigBobbyCampbe1 Although Cook did hurt, I’m completely fine about the Jan departures, most were needed. My only frustration is with the replacements. Moving on who we did made perfect sense, but bringing in players like Sibley & White looks like really poor business, and not upgrades on who left

But if the opportunity’s there, I’d definitely take it. Maybe the smart move is to upgrade on Hilton as No2 and then see how the battle between SW & a new GK plays out.
