SAIC Z7 and Z7T wagon - official pics - not really a Porsche SAIC is a Chinese car brand controlled by SAIC Motor and HIMA. The Chinese name is Shangjie (尚界). SAIC has just released official photos of the Z7 sedan and the Z7T wagon. Happily, it doesn't look as much as a Porsche as Chinese media previously reported. The Z7 sedan, however, does look a lot like the Xiaomi SU7. Even the wheel design is very similar. Power: EREV and EV, RWD and AWD versions. Size: about 4.8 meters with a 3-meter wheelbase. Launch is scheduled for late Q2. More pics and info soon! @SaicMotormg #SAIC #Hima @Xiaomi #China #ChineseCars @Porsche @PorscheNewsroom #Porsche #Design #China #ChineseCars #huawei @Huawei

Unserious post. Pre EFI cars were unreliable as fuck. You want a 2005 Toyota which kept the computers in places where they belong

@JeremyNic666 And, given the competition from China, I think the greater threat to our car industry’s future is slowing down its transition to EVs, rather than speeding it up

Electric vehicles require just a small fraction of parts and work needed to build ICE cars. Good luck for Volkswagen with 500k employees trying to cut cost and employment fast enough. And good luck for German economy with just a fraction of the automotive jobs to stay.
