California is saying it will take 37 days to count the primary votes. 37 days! This is completely unacceptable.

6 states voted last night. I can tell you who won in South Dakota, Montana, and even New Jersey. But somehow, California has only counted HALF of its ballots. They’re saying it could take 10 DAYS to get any definitive results. There is no modern Western country that runs its elections like California. France, the U.K., Australia, Germany, and even Colombia COUNT THEIR BALLOTS OVERNIGHT! You don't have to believe in fraud to see that California has a problem. I mean, you totally could believe in fraud. Lots of fraud. Wow, those mail-in ballots take forever to come in! But you don't HAVE to. This is unacceptable.

California’s delay in counting votes is inexcusable. It takes longer to count votes in California today than it did in the 19th century.

🚨 JUST IN: It's been over 12 HOURS since poll close in California and not even 60% PERCENT of the votes have been counted Entire NATIONS count nearly 90-100% of their ballots in less time. Florida takes just a FEW HOURS to count over 90% PERCENT of votes California's election system is broken. Letting mail-ins FLOOD after election day is a horrible way to do it. It needs to be overhauled MASSIVELY!

Trump betrayed a decent, honorable man who had a 99.2 percent record of supporting him in the U.S. Senate. He destroyed the career of U.S. Senator Cornyn to elevate a dishonest, impeached and corrupt crook named Ken Paxton. (Google him. This guy is terrible.) When the President of the United States happily backs a bad man and throws a good man overboard, it sends a horrible message to the next generation. This president continues to do moral and ethical damage to the nation that will be hard to undo. Not surprised. But still disappointed in where GOP voters are.

Ken Paxton has defeated John Cornyn in the Republican senate primary. Paxton will face Democrat James Talarico in November, win that election, and begin representing Texas come January in the senate.
