@Tom_Brew @TK_HelpDesk After lots of efforts we managed to change the tickets for another tickets within time frame of a year. It was a nightmare. No proper responding from UK sales support team.

@TurkishAirlines my tickets been cancelled due to COVID 19 and received an email says sales office could issue me a new ticket in London but no one really provided me with proper response and keep asking me to contact this office/send an email to refundlondon@thy.com, help plz!!

@TK_HelpDesk Can I have a UK number please that can issue the new tickets, I have already contacted call centres but they can’t solve the problem. Perhaps you could provide me with a contact number for sales office in London ?thanks, for last 6months I am chasing this

We´ll be contacting British nationals individually with the details of each flight and transportation arrangements so please keep checking your emails for further information. We continue to work with Peruvian authorities to reach British nationals elsewhere in the country. (2/2)

We´ve chartered 3 British Airways flights to continue helping British nationals get back home. The first of these will be departing Lima on Sunday. We´ll also be chartering domestic flights from Cusco & Arequipa to Lima so travellers can transfer to the London-bound flights (1/2)
