@Keyecomposer Long missions require succession planning and humble, sober leadership. The rewards have to be worth the risk and I don't blame the founder for wanting it out their life if it really wasn't giving them anything in return.

@PeterTBBrett Sometimes you're not quite in the zone, bad nights sleep or your mind just isn't into it today ...and yet we on push ourselves regardless. It's exhausting and sometimes we really didn't get all that much done as a result and going for a walk would have been better.
