@UbbeInvest Before you post anything, I'd suggest checking your fundamentals. Sivers sits at 1,61bnEUR = 1,87bnUSD. Markets are forward looking and pricing in future revenue and growth potential due to apparent supply chain bottleneck position. Execution risks are there but it's quite simple

$SIVE has a $10m revenue photonics business with a few really interesting strategic partnerships, mostly in early-stage development. This venture is now valued at $ 2.5bn after a two months explosive upswinging run. (Sivers also has a ~$20m wireless business which you may want to take into account. It's not part of the narrative so let's stick to the photonics side.) This would bring Sivers implied photonics multiple to 250x sales. For comparison: Nvidia's extreme levels peaked at 45x sales (20-25x today) while being massively profitable and dominating an entire industriy. That's just bananas. Take those numbers and bring them to any analyst, AI reasoning, seasoned investor or non-anonymous financial professional. "No, that can't be right" Keep in mind Sivers is a potential pick-and-shovels infrastructure component play competing with large and established players. Don't get me wrong. It IS an exciting business but currently the stock is akin to paying a million dollars for ape jpgs, $5,000 for a haircut or paying $2,500 for a pizza, or whatever analogy you prefer. I love the irony that nobody cares about the price tag yet spend all day long looking at the share price. They're the same thing. Apes together strong!

@TheBigBerbowski Unfortunately I think there will be a slight sell off after ER. I expect it to have good but not groundbreaking news and people will take profits. Similar to MUs last ER, tho they have smashed expectations.

Three types of $SIVE investors under my posts: - nice fellas (some of them follow me, not sure why, maybe hate following or maybe just enjoying memes? I hope the latter) - those showing screenshots of their gains - those telling me I'm jealous - those calling me a moron I haven't experienced this with ANY other group. I'm roasting $IREN for days. 1-2 meh comments max, with almost 0 negativity from the allegedly the worst clan on twitter. Chill fam. It's called trolling. If you can't take a joke, maybe social media isn't for you. Wish you to sleep well with your gains! May you have 10x more after ER. Gn all, peace!

It's funny to see people saying that with photonics and CPO companies like $SIVE $AAOI $COHR etc, you're already late because they've gone up 1000% It actually makes me laugh hahaha Let's put it into context: A company like $NVDA, for example, at one point went from $0.5 to $5 and shot up 1000% Someone would say it's over, I'm way too late, whoever invests there is a fool $NVDA still had about 40000% left to go to this day No, a company's return percentage defines nothing Instead, it's the MC and the fundamentals/thesis More comparisons, semiconductor companies like $TSMC $NVDA $AMD $INTC have an MC of ~$300B-$800B on average With some surpassing $1T, $2T, or even $3T Memory companies like $MU $SNDK Samsung SK Hynix have an MC of ~$200B-$400B on average In contrast, photonics/CPO companies like $AAOI $LITE $SIVE $COHR $AXTI have an MC of ~$2B-$25B on average This makes you realize that even if they go up 1000%, they are still tiny in comparison And they have a huge way to go and are only at the very beginning Especially companies like $SIVE with an MC of ~$1B-$1.5B that are so well positioned at the start of the CPO ramp And have dozens of tier 1 and tier 2 customers

@athuinvests Even touched 68 SEK before the slight drop. I could imagine the US buying too, with all the positive news around Iran. Some weeks there is no sell of before the weekend. Anyhow, the whole trajectory is very promising imo. Happy to participate and I was late with 30SEK 😁

@TommyAitchKay Yeah. US generally less since they already see like +10% on the day, so they panic and sell to make profits. Been happening a while.

$SIVE didn't manage it to establish a new trend Buying interest is decreasing while forming a double top. I am not anticipating the completion of a double top yet but see it trading in a sideways rang down to 36-38 SEK again. If that level hold everything is fine. A break below would trigger further losses to 25SEK and invalidate the upward trend.

$SIVE 2025 annual report analysis. TLDR: Extremely Bullish. Sivers main growth vector is CPO, but they've TAM expansioned to pluggable transcivers + multiple new qualifications/development. 1. "We are currently seeing great interest... testing our DFB lasers across multiple manufacturers in pluggable transceivers" For pluggable angle, we've seen this with $JBL 1.6T LRO already, but annual report hinted they're developing/qualifying with more hyperscaler suppliers. "Our serviceable markets have now been expanded to include pluggable optical interconnects as well as scale-up and scale-out architectures for co-packaged" (TAM expansion) 2. "Discussions with hyperscalers and pluggable transceiver suppliers indicate a shortage of CW lasers in the coming years" $LITE already signaled CW laser bottlenecks, and they had to buy externally from competitors. So we kinda guessed CW Laser was a bottleneck. And this confirmed it, so was wondering about Win semi. "The partnership announced with high-volume supplier Win Semiconductor in March 2025 now gives us a strong position to meet growing demand" $SIVE likely has capacity locked in with Win from this nuance, which is exactly what I wanted to know. This positions Sivers in the CW laser as both a bottleneck and CPO laser architectural leader. VOLUME PRODUCTION H2 INDICATIONS (BULLISH): 3. "The collaboration positions both companies to address the rapidly growing market for optical AI connectivity, with prototypes to be demonstrated to customers during the first half of 2026 and with the goal of scaling up production by the end of 2026" H1 is more preproduction, H2 production signaled starting with names like $POET. 4. "We are pleased that our largest LIDAR customer will increase production starting in the fourth quarter of 2026" $AEVA start of volume production Q4 with $SIVE = bullish for both. Revenue floor from LIDAR as their CPO scales. 5. Sivers announced a partnership with LIGHTIUM AG to integrate their CW lasers directly onto TFLN wafers. 3.2T+ cycle. (future proofing) FYI no decent investor cares about last year's 2025 financials from development contracts aside from Swedish Media/Locals. Especially when you're forward looking for the 2027-2028 CPO supercycle. But the hint from you can take away from financials + geography that is $NOK is now the high confidence customer of $SIVE. TLDR: -> Win Semi implied capacity lock in during CW laser bottleneck -> Hints of new group of hyperscaler suppliers testing/qualification for pluggable transcivers, which is massive TAM expansion. -> New customers for CW lasers -> Volume production scaling starting H2 for both photonics and lidar.

$LPK / $LPKF Buy when people fear the stock. This is easily gapping to $180. Not EUR, but USD.

@upliftyourpath The same was said for Soitec when it ran past 60€, then 100€ and then 150€ topping at 175€. Capex for AI infrastructure increases every quarter and the GS Report on CPO Market until 2030 does the rest. Market is looking forward but yes if execution is suboptimal, price drops.

The hype around European semiconductor tech is justified, but price action needs to breathe. $LPK $LPKF is riding the massive LIDE technology wave for glass chip substrates, while $SIVE is exploding on AI photonics and a potential US Nasdaq listing. Both ran way too hot YTD, so expect some choppy consolidation here.

I'm still laughing how much Swedish hate their own frontier companies so much. That they write hit pieces every day on $SIVE. This one was entertaining: Local journalists show up to an empty $SIVE administrative building uninvited. Because they can't fathom the CEO is in Silicon Valley or design team is working on US Gov CHIPS act dev in the US. And because there weren't many cars parked outside + CFO wouldn't take questions about secretive hyperscaler deal financials. They wrote a random negative hit piece. By repeating "There are several who make lasers like these and Sivers are far from alone". Several like $LITE, $COHR, $60B+ companies. and reported earlier that "CPO is nothing special, it's been around for years." While GS projects CPO going from $1B -> $91B TAM over the next two years. Even put "Plans" in quotation marks because they didn't think Sivers is supplying lasers to $JBL 1.6T LRO. IMO, $SIVE ends up as a $10B+ company next year, especially if they follow what $LITE / $COHR did with downstream IP integration to capture more of CPO module BOM. Just don't think Swedish people understand hyperscaler supply chains, concept of forward growth, or the fact that employee count doesn't equate to revenue. Transfer of control from local Swedish -> West is always appreciated, as this was a majority owned local retail company before.

@Million_Sancet What is their Graphene source? I'm deep into HGRAF and they are the only producer of 99,8% pure Graphene with scalability and batch stability. Dozens of patents including for cooling. Could this be a partner?

Following the great success of $SIVE Let's take a look at its Swedish twin sister Although they aren't so much twins in terms of the actual company The news about Smart High-Tech AB ($SHT) is a total turning point They have made me open a position at 27.2 SEK It is a company I have spoken about before, but they have just validated it in a big way The company has just confirmed a critical breakthrough: Obtaining conditional approval from the largest AI hardware manufacturers (direct reference to $NVDA and $AMD ) This milestone is not just a formality; it means that the company now has the green light to receive and execute commercial orders from these giants Following this announcement, the focus today, Monday, is entirely on how the market will absorb this giant leap So far, it has had a very strong rally up to 31 SEK But it has fallen and is holding in the range of 27/27.5 SEK with a 17% 🟩📈 We are looking at one of the most undervalued technology stories in Europe $SHT is a Swedish micro-cap that has developed a graphene-based cooling solution for data centers and AI infrastructure What was once speculation is now consolidated: the company is integrating into a Tier-1 supply chain The connection seems clear: through partners like Henkel, $SHT is positioned as the key supplier to solve the thermal problems of new generations of GPUs The big bottleneck of artificial intelligence is not just the software, but the heat As power increases, it becomes harder to maintain efficiency Disruptive solution: $SHT uses graphene thermal interface materials (TIM) that make traditional thermal pastes obsolete Extreme performance: Their products reach heat transfer of 300 W/mK, far exceeding current commercial standards From R&D to Invoicing: This conditional approval marks the end of the "lab" stage $SHT officially enters the industrial execution phase today The strength of the thesis is supported by very powerful recent moves: Capital Injection: They have just closed a capital increase of 65.2 MSEK at 22 SEK (with a 2.9% premium over the market price), which demonstrates fierce institutional appetite Real Orders: With a framework agreement of 5 million dollars for 2026 and prepayments already received from Henkel ( $HENKY ), revenue visibility is much clearer In Q1 alone, they registered orders for ~16 MSEK Scalability: While the plant in Sweden optimizes its deliveries, the headquarters in Shanghai is preparing to operate 24/7 The goal is no longer to "produce," but to "deliver and pack” The big competitive advantage is that $SHT does not need to sell door-to-door By being a partner of Henkel ( $HENKY ), it leverages a global distribution network already in place $SHT provides the cutting-edge technology and Henkel ( $HENKY ) provides direct access to the largest end customers on the planet The main challenge now is scaling: meeting quality standards in volumes of millions of units The market has been pricing in uncertainty, but this Monday's signals are total validation $SHT has gone from being a technological promise to a validated supplier in the most demanding supply chain in the world We are at the beginning of a revaluation phase where fundamentals are beginning to weigh more than expectations
