More of my frustration about how bad @SouthwestAir has become In an A list member but I’m in Boarding Group 5 but if I want to move up in Priority I can pay $23 more So @SouthwestAir is what benefit is there to fly with you all I don’t think @Delta or @united do this

Amazing @KeithOlbermann that you describe me how the world actually describes you. What happened to you? Gaslighting and bullying a former colleague? Is that really your thing now? It’s really sad and disappointing. Everyone knows you’ve been irrelevant since you left sports and decided to share your uninvited warped world views with the rest of us. You sound bitter and miserable. I hope you get the help you need.

I bet @SpiritAirlines @Delta or @united would never say that to their customers. What happened to the @SouthwestAir of old where it was about people and not making the most money?

Got a call from @SouthwestAir about my frustration with being an A lister and that it doesn’t mean anything anymore with the new changes. The person on the other told me that on their system I am just considered an average customer unless I upgrade my seats

Next time @SouthwestAir before you call me an average flyer please take a look and see that I have a business account and the amount of people from our company who uses Southwest and how much I use the Southwest visa

I guess all the other airlines will be getting my business now except @SouthwestAir

When I told the @SouthwestAir person thank you for this perspective and I can’t wait to share that feedback on social media their response is please don’t share that. Well you should have had a better perspective about your clients

@SouthwestAir has become a terrible airline. Still great customer service but everything is all about money and they don’t care about the customers anymore. But I’m sure the investors have made a lot of money with these changes

It really has become bad at @SouthwestAir It doesn’t mean anything to be A List anymore. I have flown religiously on Southwest for over 20 years but these days it’s about paying money to upgrade seats and that’s what moves you to the priority lane.

@ILforDowell I live on Indiana Ave. For a city that doesn’t have money and has crazy property taxes in your ward why did you guys spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on these medians that made the street from three lanes to two lanes. They are horrible!

@SouthwestAir now if it’s help check a bags and get a free coupon to check a bag for a future flight that would be more motivating.

@SouthwestAir I’m at the airport in Chicago and have heard nine announcements that have been made about needing volunteers to check their bags free of charge. I would say it doesn’t motivate anyone to check their bags to help Southwest even if it’s free.

@SouthwestAir I’ve flown @SouthwestAir for 20 years and it’s no longer the wonderful service it used to be.

The service on @SouthwestAir is really decreasing and delays are increasing. I really need to rethink about finding a new go to airline flying out of @fly2midway like @FlyFrontier
