What a beautiful day! First time out in a week as I’ve been unwell…..unusually I drove to the beach as zero energy but certainly good to get out if only for an hour. Watching the tennis now, have a lovely evening my friends #SunnySussexCoast 🥰❤️

@scriptwren I'm in Germany and the roads are a dream compared to ours. For once I'm concentrating on my driving and not constantly scanning for pot holes. AND the fuel is cheaper.

Hit pot hole. Will have to go out again to get middle daughter when she eventually gets home. Her school refusing to drop her at station so she has to walk in heat to get there. College work all disrupted by all of this so behind, I have marking to do. So over it all.

Today has been shit. Husband’s car is undriveable again. Courtesy car no show. I took everyone to work- my car didn’t charge. Hot day teaching. Youngest child ill. Middle child 4 hours late home from school trip. Still not back. Their bus broke down. Had to go and get husband.

Just weighed self for first time in months and I have put on nearly half a stone. I needed to lose about 1.5 stone before that. I am still half a stone too light for any weight loss meds. I am not a terrible eater. What do I do? I’m 53 and menopausal. It’s my waist/stomach really

@TonbridgeDaily With the imminent opening of a dentist surgery in the old MacDonalds/Taco Bell shop, we find ourselves in the rather odd position of having more dentist practices (6) than GP surgeries (3)!

@TonbridgeDaily Hi. Mum’s had a letter telling her about the Spring COVID vaccinations. The letter refers her to the app or website, neither of which she can now use. So, for those without, our walk-in centres are Hobbs Pharm, Clarke & Coleman, E. Street, Curries & Thompsons HIL
