I regret to say that I lost my case against The BC College of Nurses and Midwives.

BREAKING NEWS In an unfortunate outcome for the free speech of all regulated professionals in Canada, the B.C. College of Nurses and Midwives has ruled that nurse Amy Hamm @preta_6 committed "professional misconduct" when sharing her views about sex and gender in various articles. Fortunately, however, the College also ruled that most of Ms. Hamm's off-duty X (Twitter) remarks were not sufficiently connected to her work to warrant any finding of professional misconduct.
