I made mistakes, and for those I am sorry. Five years ago I misled the Secretary of State when allowing a person to gain access to county voting equipment. That was wrong. I have learned and grown during my time in prison and going forward I will make sure that my actions always follow the law, and I will avoid the mistakes of the past.
I strongly condemned it when people not connected to me threatened to storm the prison I am in. I myself have faced threats, so, I also want to be clear that I condemn any and all bullying, threats and acts of violence against voters, county clerks, election workers, and other public officials, and concerned citizens like myself.
Upon release, I plan to do my best through legal means to support election integrity and based on my own personal experiences to elevate the cause of prison reform to help ensure the detention system is more fair and equitable for people of all ages. My experiences have given me a perspective that plan to share with others to improve Colorado’s corrections system. I am grateful for a second chance and an earlier release, and I look forward to doing good in the world.

While @GovSherrillNJ talks about “tough budget choices,” NJ is cutting teachers, yanking transportation, eliminating programs for students & slashing property tax relief for vulnerable seniors by up to $2,500 — all while activists demand taxpayers INCREASE funding for free legal services for those here illegally from $8 million to $20 million. That program, run through the Office of New Americans, provides legal representation to individuals facing detention or deportation. Somehow, there’s always money for this. A tremendous amount of money is being spent fighting federal law & funding state "work-arounds". The audacity of expecting NJ taxpayers to absorb the financial strain caused by reckless open-border policies is poor governance. Should candidates for public office be required to demonstrate cognitive competence through testing before voters can elect or reelect them?
The reason why I ask this is because of Feinstein, McConnell, Biden, Maxine, Pelosi, and so many others.
It doesn't matter which side of the aisle you are on politically. Being sound of mind is necessary for our country.

I just don’t understand any of what he said; not only what he said, but why he believes it.
Why would he allow 500,000 communist Chinese students into our universities?
Why would he not block communist nationals from buying up our farm land?
His answer for the universities; that smaller universities would lose a lot of tuition/money is bs.
His answer for blocking Chinese nationals from buying our farm land; it would hurt US farmers, is double bs.
America first just went out the window.
Keep communist Chinese students (all communists for that matter) out of US universities and block communist nationals from buying up US farm land.
The smaller universities will survive.

Each time money was withheld from the people’s paychecks that money should have been placed in an account with that person’s name on it; not put in a fund entrusted to our criminal Congress.

And I just can’t stop laughing at how the media spent YEARS telling us: - China hated Elon - Trump was “finished” - America was collapsing - capitalism was dead - and everybody important was abandoning the U.S. Meanwhile, here we are somewhere over the Pacific looking like the cast of Succession meets Top Gun: Retirement Plan Edition. Remember when China sanctioned Marco Rubio back in 2020 and everybody acted like the geopolitical chessboard had permanently shifted? Now suddenly everybody’s still showing up to the table because — shocking development — nations tend to like: - money - technology - manufacturing - trade - AI - energy - semiconductors - and not being economically irrelevant Who knew. The best part is the internet meltdown cycle never changes. Trump: “America needs stronger trade relationships.” Media: “HITLER.” Elon: “I make electric cars, rockets, satellites, AI, and robots.” Internet activists: “Yeah but we posted an angry hashtag.” Cool. I’m sure Beijing is trembling before your TikTok resistance movement. And flying with this group is exactly what you think it would be. Trump walks around the cabin narrating reality like it’s an episode of Lifestyles of the Rich and Geopolitical: “Great flight. Powerful people. Very high IQ. The Chinese are saying they’ve never seen anything like it.” Elon looks like he hasn’t slept since 2019 and is simultaneously calculating orbital trajectories and wondering if the beverage cart could be automated. Meanwhile Jill and I are sitting there like two exhausted Gen Xers who survived dial-up internet, chain-smoking restaurants, lawn darts, and drinking from garden hoses… wondering how in the hell we became side characters in the weirdest timeline imaginable. Honestly, at this point if Trump walked into Beijing blasting “Danger Zone” while Elon live-streamed it from orbit, I wouldn’t even blink. Because the people who told us America was over are still tweeting from iPhones, driving Teslas, using Starlink during hurricanes, and cashing checks tied to the same capitalist machine they claim to hate. Gen X translation: The world’s still running. The adults are still making deals. And the internet is still confusing hashtags for accomplishments. Carry on.
