Unfortunately we got the tragic news that a good friend of mine, Kian Broadhead, sadly passed away on Sunday. He was a huge Liverpool fan and was meant to go to the derby on Saturday, as a present for his little brother Charlie, pictured below. Hoping to arrange a minute… 1/2

@thetrainline Our tickets are advance singles. Due to the strikes there are no trains travelling from London Gatwick to Leeds via Stevenage. They all via London st pancras/London King’s Cross, what can be done about this?

@Tonicrawley This can vary based on the ticket you have. Flexible tickets can be used to travel at any intermediate station along your route. While Advance Singles are restricted to the stations shown on your ticket. Thanks. ~Lorcan

@thetrainline Thank you, what happens with the barriers at the different stations? The alternative train has a change at London king cross station whereas our booking had a change at Stevenage
