@OculusSupport Please can you have someone look at 2571441? Possibly someone in EMEA hours? I'm now 3 for 3 failed DHL returns for these headsets, I've done all I can and have been trying to get this fixed since the end of Jan.

@OculusSupport I've been in contact with support since January under 3 different tickets. They all appear to have been closed by an automated process despite still being active. I'm currently trying to get the RMA completed. The most recent ID is 2571441 - can you please help?

@OculusSupport Can this be raised with a manager for assistance please? I'm deeply frustrated with the lack of progress and support throughout the past 3 months. I thought a fix would be quick to handle, yet I've been let down considerably multiple times and left to do all the running around.

@OculusSupport Ticket 2571441 may have reopened as I've responded. I've spoken with DHL who confirm they can not send devices with internal lithium ion batteries on their network. It will be returned to me today. Im now 3 months with no resolution and 2 failed RMAs Can you escalate this please?
