I wholeheartedly welcome the new IOC guidelines that secure a safe and fair female category that excludes male athletes. SRY screening is a simple, non-invasive, once-in-a-lifetime check that returns female sport to female athletes. Laurel Hubbard should not have been allowed to lift weights against women. Caster Semenya should not have been allowed to run against women. Imane Khelif should not have been allowed to punch women in the face. This is a vindication for all the brilliant women who have fought for fairness and safety for all women in sport. Thank you to Kirsty Coventry, Jane Thornton and all those in the working group for a clear, evidence based policy. @iocmedia

The ratio is well underway. What is a reporter or sub to do in this situation? You know it’s a man: the CPS, along with court officials, lie and say ‘woman’. First, and easiest, you can avoid all female pronouns, and neutralise the copy. Second, so long as you don’t misquote court proceedings, you can call him a man and use male pronouns. The fact that he’s a man was raised in court. It’s in the public domain. The case is over: he’s guilty. There’s no question of identification, or contempt. Ipso processes mean he’d have to make a complaint himself about ‘misgendering’ (or through a representative) for it to be considered. Ipso would then be in the position of potentially upholding a killer’s demand over reporter accuracy. Third, if it’s not raised in court, you are allowed to ask - is this a male, is it a crime recorded by a male, will he go to a female jail. After conviction, backgroundbpueces can contain all sorts of extra information. You don’t have to copy a captured justice system. A faithful report of proceedings is not always accurate.

Wales votes on 7th May 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Let's talk about intersectionality. Some groups of women experience social life very differently from others. Consider the girl who is lesbian, the woman who is disabled, the elderly woman, the women whose first language isn't English or Welsh, the girl living in poverty, the woman whose skin colour marks her out. These are real, meaningful intersections of the female experience. They matter. They deserve serious attention. But let's be unambiguous. No intersectional lens - however broad, however inclusive - extends the female experience to males. Not by age. Not by sexual orientation. Not by self identification. Not by the practice of cross-dressing. Words mean things. Precise, honest leadership protects everyone. @WelshLabour @WelshConserv @Plaid_Cymru @WelshLibDems @WalesGreenParty @RUKWales

Wow. The CSO, Ireland’s official statistics body, now officially defines male and female in Irish datasets as: “An individual’s internal sense of being male or female.” This is the standard being applied to how state data is collected across government. That means the data used to measure crime, health, education, and policy outcomes is now being built on a subjective, self-defined variable.

Wales votes on 7th May 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 With the Senedd heading into purdah, time is running out - and the silence from Welsh Government has gone on long enough. The Supreme Court delivered its ruling almost a year ago, and Welsh women are still waiting for the First Minister to comply with the law. Before you leave office @PrifWeinidog, will you finally acquiesce and fulfil your duty as First Minister of Wales, to implement the ruling? Welsh women deserve a straight answer. @WalesGreenParty @RUKWales @WelshLabour @WelshConserv @Plaid_Cymru @WelshLibDems

Carrot Cottage Rabbit Rescue
Carrot Cottage Rabbit Rescue@carrotcottagerr·
Bunnies in hats. This is a delicate subject. Many rescues, including ourselves do not advocate for dressing up rabbits as a general rule. The reason behind this is that most bunnies would find this extremely STRESSFUL! Out of the 50 bunnies at the rescue there are only 3 that I would even consider putting a hat on. If this is the first post you’ve seen from us, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our rescue and the lengths we go to for bunnies, the care and the love that goes into them, before you comment on how this is abuse. Dwayne is totally and utterly happy with his hat. He’s not distressed or even mildly concerned about his hat.

Enough! No more special pleading for influence, for 'understanding’ and exemptions. No more priority access for one group undermining the rights of others. Judges must implement the law as it is written. They must ensure courtroom impartiality and the delivery of justice. Complete independence is essential - the fair treatment of everyone depends on it. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/03/2…

THE POLICE WILL SEXUALLY ASSAULT CHILDREN IF THEY ‘CONSENT’ Do you think that a young teenage girl should be strip searched by a male police officer if she says she ‘identifies’ as a boy? Shockingly, @MerseyPolice do. And unbelievably, they decided this in a response to the Child Q outrage. Even more shockingly, senior police leaders across the UK agree. Our latest blog 👇reveals the shocking truth. womensrights.network/post/the-polic…

Wales votes on 7th May 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 The Welsh Parliament recently passed a law banning candidates from lying in Senedd elections. It doesn't kick in until 2030 at the earliest ... so this May's election is still a free-for-all. My investigation into activism and growing tension within Girlguiding following its “no boys” policy change is in The Sunday Telegraph today. I began looking into this after seeing a video from a Berkshire guiding group that appeared to show children being drawn into activism. What I found: • Some guide leaders buying pro-trans badges for entire units - including Rainbows (aged 5–7) • Activities encouraging girls to engage in campaigning - including writing to MPs and attending protests • Links between some leaders and external activist groups and political organisations, including a Pride event Alongside this, volunteers on both sides describe a growing breakdown in trust - and an increasingly hostile environment inside the organisation. Full story in the comments (gift link available). 👇

This is the “stage 1” letter sent to a 17 year old in the first year of college. No matter what your views, this is sinister as hell and we should all be concerned for our children. They are growing up in an environment where their speech is heavily policed. My son’s current project focusses, rather ironically, on 1984. He’s writing a short film based on a compliant side character living in the world Orwell created. We listened to the audible play/reading recently and he was struck at modern day parallels. Note the mention of how his “abhorrent ideological” speech affects staff, the use of words like diatribe and preaching. We cannot allow this authoritarian shit to continue. RE: Positive Behaviour Management Policy – First Written Warning Dear xxxx, The purpose of this letter is to confirm you had a meeting on 19 March at 12:00 with xxxx xxxx to discuss your recent behaviour on 17 March which broke the following rules of the Positive Behaviour Management Policy. Respectful - Students are expected to respect people, value diversity and are committed to equality ensuring a positive and professional learning environment in which all people are treated with respect and dignity. It is the responsibility of everyone to behave in a safe manner and not put themselves or others at risk. Collaborative - It is the responsibility of students to engage with WCUC staff and other students to develop positive relationships and work together to promote an active group learning environment. This requires them to be on time, in the right place, correctly equipped and ready to learn in all classes. You’ve received this letter because of the following behaviour: • You were caught talking at xxxx, xxxx and xxxx about your ideological views - you were midway through a diatribe on why being part of the LGBTQIA+ community should be considered a mental illness/condition I have since had a meeting with you, making it absolutely clear that making comments like that is deeply offensive and ideologically abhorrent and in no way appropriate to be preaching within the walls of the college. We talked about what effect saying such things may have on your peers, and staff. You were receptive to the feedback and promised that you would not talk this way in college again. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that this written warning will remain active on your student record for the duration of 3 months after which they can become spent but will remain on your student record. Yours Sincerely, Mr Course teacher
Kellie-Jay Keen@ThePosieParker

My son just got a written warning from college for a private conversation discussing trans shit with friends. I reckon I’m about to go scorched earth on these twats.
