Off Season Work = Skill Development. Not game play - focus on your winter sport. This is MINIMAL time. Hour workouts, 1X - 2X per week. Let families pick the sessions & avoid in season sports. Pretty sure players received 200 reps in 20 minutes. Absolutely love these weekly sessions!

I pitched so poorly during a baseball game that I and the catcher, @Tork_KMHS, were accused of throwing the game and screamed at by our coach in front of everyone. Also, we were in middle school and I wasn't throwing the game, I just sucked.
