One of the most eye opening things you can do is track your calories for a week using a food scale. You’re likely going to find you’re eating way more than you think.

@TheLab_FBB GM said first day was to get him acclimated. He’s gonna play as long as he produces. Defensively he is also very good.

RE: Henry Bolte playing time 📈 He sat in his first day on the team vs a RHP but has now played against a LHP and a RHP. Perhaps that first day benching was just getting him acclimated to the bigs. If he’s an everyday guy over Butler, I like him as an add in med/deep at least.

@_MikeVA How much leash should be given to Schultz in your opinion? I’m tempted to move on. Thoughts? 12 teamer. Shouldn’t move on, but it’s definitely frustrating to watch the walks.

@PitcherListPLV Amazing video and data. As I was watching, thought about this; extension is measured on front foot plant (if I’m not mistaken) so, why are we using that as the indicator when the ball is coming off pitchers hand - meaning, perceived velocity might be less than the 7.3. Thoughts?
