@HeartInternet We don't seem to have received any emails on domains registered with Heart Internet, forwarding to Gmail, for 2 days. When can we expect the emails to be delivered? Thanks!

@ianben @26Left @HeartInternet What exact SPF are they now saying is needed? I've never seen one before with the exists clause. Also, same as you, I took no action because I use their nameservers.

@26Left @HeartInternet I also read the statement that domains on Heart's nameservers would be updated by them, so I took no action. I have since added an SPF record, confirmed as necessary by Heart support. But I have now lost at least two days worth of email messages. Very badly handled by Heart.

@HeartInternet Email forwarding from my domain to Gmail account is not working for me for the last two days. Is maintenance still in progress or do I have a problem? Do I need to add an SPF record?

Unfortunately the Heart status page heartstatus.uk doesn't mention this ongoing email forwarding issue.

Heart Internet admitted their error: suddenly changing their outgoing email IPs and expecting it to have no effect on deliverability!! That shows a worrying lack of experience of running a mail system. Wonder who else does this better?

@jonwilliams80 @carlwinser @HeartInternet Interesting. I used them for a bit but the owner went AWOL for months a couple of years ago, so I stopped. I now use Purelymail and will be migrating domains there very soon.
