@26Left @HeartInternet I also read the statement that domains on Heart's nameservers would be updated by them, so I took no action. I have since added an SPF record, confirmed as necessary by Heart support. But I have now lost at least two days worth of email messages. Very badly handled by Heart.

@HeartInternet @ianben Exactly same problem here. Heart internet flagged these changes in December including a statement that domains on their nameservers would be managed my them. Now I have support saying that they’ve created a problem that could take 14 days to fix, and email has so far been lost.

@HeartInternet Email forwarding from my domain to Gmail account is not working for me for the last two days. Is maintenance still in progress or do I have a problem? Do I need to add an SPF record?
