@TradingLucid When WISE/RISE? It's my 1st payout and i'm already considering switching the firm since payout system is terrible for non US traders. Workmarket ADP is by far one of the worst systems i ever used.

Hi! They follow the current Live Funded Account transition rules in effect at the time they go live, not the rules that were in place when they originally purchased the evaluation. Live transition rules are applied when the trader is called up to Live, regardless of when the Trading Combine or Express Funded Account was purchased or how many payouts they’ve already received.

Any prop or firm can change their offering to ensure the business is stable, including Topstep. Making the new Live Funded accounts retroactive to already purchased accounts is not a change, it’s a rug pull. @MichaelPatak this is the only thing you need to reconsider.

@AskTopstep Highest balance? Other firms allow you to trade 5 live accounts. Other firms have no bs 30 day till daily payouts requirement. You guys just suck AF and post this (afer a fact lol) bullshit only becouse community saw you're doing shady shit

We want to quickly address the confusion regarding the changes that we made to our Live Funded Account program and highlight main changes.  Some of our competitors have misconstrued our changes and altered the narrative.  We will quickly clear the air below. - Changes were not made retroactively, this will only impact Live Accounts created on a go-forward basis. - IMPORTANTLY: Topstep still gives traders access to the highest total balance in Live markets in the industry.  Our competitors that share this model significantly limit the available balance in Live and their starting balance is lower than ours by a factor of 3x-10x.  Trading well gives traders access to the full 50k, 100k, or 150k balance and we are the only firm in the industry doing this. - Topstep traders will begin with up to 20% of their account value and scale up from there. - DLL: NOTHING has changed to our DLL approach, Topstep has never and will NEVER move to an intraday trailing drawdown methodology. There have been no changes to our Payout Policy or Live Trader Bonus schedule. TLDR: Only change is to the beginning balance, traders now scale up and scale in to the full account balance.  NO CHANGE to Payout Policy, DLL calculations, or Live Trader Bonus.

January was rough, zero payouts since 29.12 and multiple blown evals. Last week I passed the @Tradeify evaluation and activated a daily account. First payout after one day, second tomorrow. $4,500 in two trading days. Five days total. They’re the GOAT now. Fuck @Topstep

By the end of 2025 and early 2026, @Topstep hit rock bottom. They stopped caring about traders and quietly introduced destructive rules. I quit in January, filed chargebacks due to broken promises, and already got ~$5,000 back (i got banned ofc) More to come tho.
