Hi, @Charlie_Ing94 👊 Once again, congratulations on @CPFC victory in Kraków! We’ve been informed that you experienced an issue with your seat at the stadium. Unfortunately, this was due to an error in the seating configuration within our IT system. Well - when the CEO/owner of the club is also a programmer, things like this can happen… 🫣 Now for the good news! Inspired by you, we’ll be creating a brand-new, dedicated seat - refined down to every last detail. It will be ready on July 11, 2026, for the club’s 120th anniversary match of @WislaKrakowSA against @Wrexham_AFC 🔵⚪️🔴 We warmly invite all fans from the UK to visit @krakow_pl - see you at the stadium! And you, of course, as our special guest, will enjoy the newly prepared seat - with accommodation included! More information ▶️ wrexham.wislakrakow.com

@TraMufc I remember being impressed with Derby late 80's. I Use to pay into United Road and looking to my left and they'd brought 1000's. I think it was the game Bruce got sent off for smashing Saunders.

Following on from the ‘escort’ post and with Coventry getting promoted, what’s your memory of which teams used to regularly sell out league games at OT in the 80s? There weren’t many, this is how I remember it, I’ve included a few that only came once or twice & that I definitely remember.. probably a few obvious ones I’ve forgotten too. You might remember is differently, time can play tricks..🤔 🔲Biggest: Newcastle (‘84?) ✅Scoreboard overflowing: Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Villa, city, Everton, Sunderland, Boro ☑️Decent but not always full: Spurs, West Ham, Sheff Wed, Sheff Utd, Forest, Derby 🚕Came in a Taxi: Luton, Charlton, Wimbledon, Coventry, Palace, Southampton, Norwich, Ipswich 🏆Best: Chelsea. Overall I’d say they consistently had the best away support at OT in the 80s to, just my memory but they were always loud & well up for it

@TraMufc Liverpool, city and Everton, the rest was dependent on how well they were doing, best from London was Chelsea. If it's 80s only.

@TraMufc It was the cup. The only time Leeds got K was youth cup iirc

@DavidEvs1 that would have been the cup game probably, they never had K in the league unless it was during the rebuild maybe but don't remember anyone getting K except Leeds once 🤔

@TraMufc Remember city getting all of K stand in the early 90’s, they filled it. Don’t remember much about it other than Lee Sharpe scored the winner

@TraMufc Chelsea were impressive every time they came to OT. I remember Arsenal only filling a couple of pens same as Villa, Forest etc and Leicester Baby Squad walking around in other teams ski hats. Great days

@TraMufc @ChrisHaymes1 in the 80s biggest away turnouts were cup everton 83 and forest 89 - newcastle brought a in 84 as newly promoted and got malletted 5-0 - millwall brought 2-3k for a punchup in early 89 - in the 70s cant remember anyone bringing many tho scoreboard was united in those days as well

@Sparky9908 one of the rare occasions I was in the paddock near the south stand, think half our team had been on the piss until the early hours & it showed

@TraMufc Not the 80s but NYD 92, when QPR battered us. They came in a bubble car (tiny bit of South stand, top left) No doubt at least 10,000 claim they were there 😂

@ronpickering Yeah you're right tbh, I think they do the 'big day out' - first/last game of season, cup ties whatever. Other than that pretty average

@TraMufc Overall for a supposed hotbed of passionate football support the NE clubs regularly had disappointing turnouts

and yeah Stoke, Wolves, WBA, QPR all very poor. Forest were better than these but still poor considering the distance (2/3 scoreboard?). Makes me laugh when you see these same fanbases now selling out & giving it the 'loyalest supporters in the whole wide world' bollocks. Give it a rest ffs.

I don't ever remember Everton briniging as many as Liverpool mate excpt for Cup ties of course. I remember them in 85(?) filling the scoreboard but Liverpool had the extra section by Utd Rd. Like I said though, everyone has different memories - Arsenal for example I always remember bringing good numbers wheras Spurs were 3/4 full

@occer1 @TraMufc Most hardly brought any. Only really scousers, North east clubs. Arsenal and Spurs were poor. West Ham and Chelsea brought a few

Who else misses the days when away fans used to arrive & leave in an escort? Football’s so incredibly boring now in comparison 😢🚨

@ronpickering yeah I remember Boro's last visit in the 80s, they took the whole end & had lads scattered around the ground too including K, could have been the exception tbf

@TraMufc Unless my memory is failing me Sunderland and Boro were always 2 pens at most, agree though Chelsea all things considered were far and away the best....full scoreboard on Wednesday night in the "Kerry Dixon match" being a great example

@TraMufc Leeds one of the biggest. I remember early/ mid 80’s Villa brought very few. With the likes of Coventry/Norwich we mockingly cheered and clapped when they started piling into one or two pens.

@TraMufc I’d put Arsenal Villa Boro Sunderland into the decent but not always full category. Everton brought big number in the mid 80s and also in a League Cup tie in 76 (0-3)
