@TraceyMHill Hi Tracey, I was given this statement on the 17th May by the council after telling them this would be airing earliest 19th May. It is only today I have been provided with the latest. Please direct your questions to the council comms team as to why they sent the wrong statement!

In a class piece of local journalism, the BBC used a statement from Amber Valley Borough Council that was FIVE WEEKS old, presenting it as the current position. AVBC is now Labour controlled. It was Tory before. Who knew? Thanks @BBCDerby @bbcemt. Apology awaited.
