@AmazonHelp ordered some plaster tape and all that arrived was this but no plaster attached - I’ve started a return as I have no other way to get a refund, am I really expected to drive to the post office, pay for parking and waste my time to return a small piece of cardboard?

@AmazonHelp I done that and the only way to return this piece of card is either by it being picked up, I’m out at work all day, or dropping it off at the post office, all for a small piece of card as the item was not attached/included. I would like to speak to someone?

We've checked the logs and a large number of U19 tickets have been sold on the route daily so it looks like this may be isolated potentially to a single driver making an error. Can you advise by DM specific dates / times and we can investigate further.

@CC_EssexHerts my son gets the 20/21 bus from Epping to Harlow to go to college (under 19) sometimes he is able to get a return and other times he is told they don’t do return tickets? Could you also advise the cost of a single and return ticket if that is an option. TY
