1m= 390 candles
2m= 195 candles
5m= 78 candles
10m= 39 candles

@DB_Daytrades Surround yourself with the right people. Finda healthy replacement for your vice. Get involved in relaxing hobby . Put the money you would've spent on it on the side to reward yourself. I've struggled beating several addictions but I've beaten them all and and am much happier

@KeanuTrades The data I've seen shows Americans have the least amount of disposable income since the great depression. The way numbers bieng skewed is because people have made major cutbacks to be able to afford the things they used to easily afford. Lots of subscriptions and trips canceled

Record $986 billion in credit card debt Total mortgage debt is now more than double the 2006 peak. Meanwhile, 36% of Americans have more credit card debt than savings with balances rising at the fastest pace since 1999. This is all while mortgage rates just hit 7.1% and credit card debt rates hit a record 24.9%. We are "fighting" inflation with debt. This can't end well.
