@flyvaluejet It is sad how you haven’t responded to my mails even when I have repeated used “urgent” in them. I made payments for a flight through your Globus bank details. Yet that flight wasn’t booked or the money refunded. I emailed asking for a ‘reissue’, yet to positive response.

This is just extreme and called for. It shouldn't take more than 24hours to fix this. It's been over 120hours. Mtcheeew

@kudahelp_ng @Boss_CJ_fficial @kudahelp_ng I made transfers to 2 different accounts, one was successful but receiver didn't get the money, second transfer didn't go through and it wrote failed and i was debited for both transactions. Then someone also sent me money to me and I've not received it since 19th
