@sarahlustne @djh84 @ASLEFunion Strange. My drivers happily work overtime and sort out the rotas on their own. They realise some shifts are easier than others but share things around so nobody gets screwed over. Not a scumbag union member in sight. Train drivers, selfish bastards.

The clue to overtime is that it’s entirely voluntary, if the railway were properly staffed it wouldn’t be needed. Why should someone working full time work more if they don’t want to?
