Israel has constructed more than 25 kilometers of earthen barriers inside Gaza since the October 2025 ceasefire agreement, physically dividing the territory and pushing its effective control from 53% to over 60% of the Strip, according to an analysis by Forensic Architecture based on satellite imagery.
The berms — large raised mounds of earth running roughly along the “yellow line” agreed in the ceasefire — extend in many places west of that line, deeper into Palestinian territory.
Israel has also fortified 38 military bases east of the line. In Jabaliya, the military has created a 300-meter buffer zone west of the line, destroying everything in its path.
“The line is never where the line is said to be,” Abdaljawad Omar, assistant professor at Birzeit University, told Drop Site. “It is drawn not to mark a limit but to generate the next transgression of that limit.”

@RabbiPoupko Hamas didn't even hold the Bibas's captive, and there's no evidence for the lurid claims, besides "trust us we're Israelis", for the manner of their death, which was most likely due to Israeli bombing.
Additionally Hamas offered to return their bodies in Nov'23. Israel refused.

Esti has been missing for nearly two weeks, and this sick individual is out here making it harder to find her. It doesn't matter if this person is targeting her because she’s Jewish or if she’s just a miserable individual, ripping down a poster for a missing child is pure evil.

Litigation can be a blunt force weapon against antisemitism.
After Oct 7, Jewish students in one California public high school district endured taunts, slurs, giant swastikas on campus, and teachers telling them to hide their Jewish identity for safety.
Their parents fought back and won. The district settlement forces a reset: independent review of Israel-Gaza curriculum, outside investigators for antisemitism complaints, a formal definition banning antisemitism, mandatory staff training, and a third-party monitor to audit past failures and enforce compliance.
The parents’ attorney said, “We believe this represents the most comprehensive, legally binding set of anti-antisemitism reforms ever adopted by a public school district in the United States.”
This is what real accountability looks like. Litigation can force the reform that institutions refuse to do voluntarily.
