Woke up with a cramp in my leg. Got worse through the day. Iced it, warm pad, rubbed it, went to the gym and tried to work it off. Nothing. Just keeps hurting. Is this old age?

All of those squats are paying off. I feel like my thighs have gained a lot of muscle as well. But struggling with the toning of the 3 children mommy belly. Any tips in that area are great!

A topic that needs highlighting but may be uncomfortable to hear: Drinking beer, especially beer rich in hops, is just about the most damaging thing you can reasonably consume for your T levels. If you aren't in good shape yet, cut out alcohol until you are. It will help!
