@MeddlinMegs @madisontayt_ In the US and Canada, “tea” never refers to a meal, only the beverage. As far as I’m aware, “tea” can mean dinner in parts of the UK and certain other areas of the Commonwealth, but I think it also can refer to a late-afternoon snack on some places too. I am not 100% sure though.

funniest part of this whole “lemonade” debacle is that brits are frothing at the mouth in comments, insisting “EVERYONE in the world calls a fizzy lemon flavored drink ‘lemonade’ just you americans are stupid!” and then you see people from other countries going “no tf we don’t”
