@Coach Really disappointed in the customer service at one of the factory outlet in Ottawa, Canada. I went to get a card case replaced, after 1 hour of conversation i was told I will receive a call for further details which I never received till date. Highly unprofessional !!

@AirFranceCA @_airfance I had a very bad and misleading Support experience for my flight which I was not able to take because of some emergency reasons. When I called , agent told me he will rebook my flight but I never received any email and now I have no solution. PLEASE HELP!

Totally unacceptable service by @airindiain. Have not received the luggage and it has been a week now, from the flight AI 188 - Feb 6. No response by the airlines through call/email. This is how they work under TATA? @RNTata2000 @TataCompanies Seeking for a legal action!

And yet there are so many students who are waiting for the TRVs to be processed while their time on PGWP is fast running out. @CitImmCanada I hope there will be some relief for those people as well.

International students: we’re extending the time you can study online from outside Canada and have it count towards PGWP eligibility. You can: ✅count the online study time from March 2020 to August 31, 2022 ✅complete up to 100% of your studies online and be eligible for a PGWP
