This week the National Education Union has vowed to stop a Reform government- by urging its 500,000 teacher members to campaign against Reform in the classroom. This is not education. It’s indoctrination. And it’s against the law.

It is parents that are handing over responsibility for their kids as parents nowadays absolve themselves of any responsibility for their kids, as the reformed conservatives members are too busy claiming pip and other benefits to actually be a parent.

As a British dad, I’m 100% with Suella Braverman on this. The NEU just passed motions at conference branding Reform UK “racist, fascist and far-right,” then pledged to use its half-a-million teachers and union resources to campaign against the party in classrooms and “stop a Reform government.” That’s not education – it’s straight-up political indoctrination. Look at what’s happened to our schools. They’ve swapped roles with us parents. Teachers now decide what our kids are allowed to hear on Gaza, deportations, gender, and “anti-racist” guilt-tripping about Britain’s history. Meanwhile we’re stuck at the kitchen table every evening doing the actual teaching – maths, English, times tables – like it’s homework. Our children are being taught to be ashamed of who they are and where they come from. Enough. If we want them brought up proud, balanced and properly educated, more of us need to think seriously about homeschooling. It’s the only way to keep politics out and give them the decent, fact-based start every British kid deserves.

Any teacher that campaigns against Reform in the classroom or any other political party, should be sacked on the spot 100%, and the National Education Union should be shut down and Daniel Kebede General Secretary of the National Education Union should be sacked, for promoting propaganda against a political party in a classroom even in a school or university. You drive past a petrol station in Bristol or Hull or Swansea or Basildon and there are fifty cars queued out onto the road. Fifty. People arguing with the attendants because the £30 limit means she can't fill her tank enough to get to her parents' for Easter. This is Britain in April 2026. We import nearly half our oil, despite sitting on considerable untapped reserves. We have no meaningful strategic reserve to speak of. The Strait of Hormuz closes and within five weeks we're rationing fuel at the forecourt like it's 1973 again. Every government since the nineties knew this dependency was a vulnerability. Every single one decided it was a problem for the next lot. Well, there is no next lot any more. There's just us, in the queue, watching the price tick up. Britain could have the cheapest energy in the developed world within a decade. And in fact it's not so much a nice ambition as it is a geopolitical and autarchic necessity. Without it, we are at the mercy of every war we didn't start and every dictator we can't control. That's not sovereignty. That's a country on a leash.

From what I’ve seen during my time in Reform, is Reform supporters are just ordinary down to earth British people who care about their families, communities and the future of the country. @peter_levy isn’t it time the fuel forecourt owners were challenged about pricing of fuel. I pass the same petrol station everyday on my way to and from work, and since last Monday they have put up their prices everyday by at least 2p a litre. It needs to stop it is profiteering

@peter_levy the water companies are making millions from us, and they just pump raw sewerage into the rivers and sea as it saves them a fortune as they do not turn on the treatment works. The water companies are all for their shareholders.
