Well you can easily make the assumption that everybody is in there with free kits because motherfuckers are coming in with an anvil and bobcat and killing 12 people alone lol
If you want more of a challenge with more goop, I suggest you PVP in other maps and not the map that at this point is renowned for people free-kitting, dying to sweats and then free-kitting again game after game.

Aside from them not dropping any content worth anything for months, i hopped on last night for the first time in 2.5 months and pvp’d for about 2 hours.
Last raid of the night i brought an anvil bobcat in, killed about 12 people and every one of them had free kits. Do you know how fast that made me get off and not wanna play for another few months? Why even bring a kit?
The fact it’s even possible for me to risk that loadout and I’m being put in the same game with a bunch of people who have nothing to lose, just for me to possibly die by arc or some stupid shit?? Just such a stupid system lmao

@Gundautism Like if only matched against people that also have blue shields then there is no point to there being different rarities of shields. I know you said there could be some kind of range in how it matches but any range at all will still make people upset and think it isn't happening

@Gundautism Gear based matchmaking is antithetical to an extraction shooter. If you always know you are going against similar equipped teams it robs you of the excitement of finding getting good gear off them. Everything in the game is built around equipping yourself to have an advantage

Tbh I think if this #marathon experiment goes well, Bungie should introduce some sort of gear based matchmaking so it's a much more even fight between teams, relying on skill more than just gear
I think it should be pretty loose, but I think that matching free kits with purple shielded goobers is just not fun for all parties. The geared players get nothing for their pvp investment, and the free kits get slaughtered because they're at such a disadvantage

@buttaz024 @mdeeRocks @Ziegler_Dev No the other quest that doesn't reset each wipe is the very first one the faction gives you to unlock them. Every other one will have to be completed again each wipe because that is the game

@mdeeRocks @Ziegler_Dev If I'm not mistaken I think those are the main mission quest that have to done in single runs and I think once you get all of them complete you're not going to have to do them over again when leveling up after the wipe.
