In fact, the entire federal district "court" for the Middle District of Florida from the top down is de facto. There are no federal judges to legally preside over any lawsuits - due to invalid judicial oaths. Additionally, I filed the evidence that D.C. "Mayor" Muriel E. Bowser also signed an illegally-altered oath of office - and is not legally a public officer / mayor, also since refused for cause. On January 6th, 2021, without any authority to do so, Bowser had ordered the MPD to aid the Capitol Police's assault on those of us who were peacefully protesting in the crowd. Both the MPD itself and the Mayor's Office would not provide me with oaths signed by the MPD's "chiefs of police" via FOIA that I rightfully requested. 👇
