wanted to work on my mental resilience this morning, so I called the CRA.

@ChrisSpoke I tried arguing w/ a friend we should start scrapping on street parking asap because in the near future our cars can drive home (or elsewhere) and wait for us. He thought I sounded crazy.

My friend just drove me home to the west end from St. Lawrence Market, through downtown traffic, Lake Shore, the Gardiner, Bloor West Village, etc. in a Model Y on FSD, end to end without touching the wheel. Self driving is solved, and I think <1% of people know this.

THIS is why I can't get anything done. (My latest rabbit hole): - Open email to get one stat for a project - See a newsletter I'm interested in - Start reading that newsletter - They mention that Grammarly is now called Superhuman - "Holy crap, how did I miss that!?" - Go to Superhuman's website, wondering if they acquired @Grammarly - See they've bundled together with a tool called Coda - "Oh yeah, I forgot about that tool!" - Proceeds to click over to Coda - I build out a fake dashboard (I'm sure I'll never use) - Maybe *this* is the task manager for me Realize 25 minutes have passed. Aghh. Forget about social media, my doom scrolling is my inbox full of great newsletters. 🫠

@RaoulGMI Yes, it keeps asking me if I want something and I say yes and it gives me a long winded response, repromting me if I want the original thing in an endless loop and it's highly tilting.

Something very weird going on with the new ChatGPT5... Ive asked it in Regular, Thinking and Pro to complete tasks that it says it's going to do and it never completes them. It tells you exactly what it will do and then never delivers any outcome except just asks more anymore questions. This has gone on for days in an endless loop. Are others noticing similar issues? @sama @OpenAI

@moseskagan Claude can now read/sync W your gmail. Hypothetically this should do the trick though haven’t tested yet

Does this technology product exist: An AI which you turn loose on your email account, which reviews every email and builds you a searchable CRM with every person with whom you've ever interacted, a summary of who they are & what you interacted about, & their current contact info
