@UPS_UK might be an idea to update the access point finder. Just tried to drop parcel at Harcombe Cross location but they are not currently taking UPS parcels so the access point location is out of date. Wasted trip 🤬🤬

@HMRCcustomers this month @JustPark start requesting data for HMRC. I no longer offer drive on site but did earlier in tax year. Surely this needs requesting in advance and not retrospectively. Risk is drive owners who stop providing service will not see or expect this request!!

@AmazonHelp Thank you. It's not linking that's the issues, it's find a service with better choice than Amazon music (v.limited) but be able to play different music on different speakers. Echos are great devices but doesn't seem to be a good music sub that works well with it

Want @SpotifyUK subscription as selection much greater than @AmazonMusicUK awful choice. However, do I understand correctly that even with a Family Spotify subscription only 1 stream per Alexa/Echo household at a time?? This doesn't make sense!!

@DenonUK have couple of soundbars which are great and wanted to get some of the home 150 speakers. However, can I check despite Google assistant support, is it the case that these don't support YouTube music streaming directly (looking to replace some old Google home speakers).

@virginmedia how do I escalate complaint for streambox no reset after disconnection debacle? Not allowing customers to remove their personal data is clear GDPR issue. All options provided to factory reset failed. Tks

@iconews @virginmedia fail to provide a way to reset their streambox device after broadband disconnection. They insist on you sending back filled with personal data and logins. Not secure and can't provide a solution but then they profit from devices people can't return safely!!

@virginmedia Id appreciate a response @virginmedia surely there must be a solution you can't have designed a box with such a security issue built it. I'm now getting threats of charges because of this poor design!! I look forward to a resolution.

@virginmedia @virginmedia Would really appreciate any feedback as I'm heading out shortly and there is a yodal store I can drop it at (no store local to me!!). Otherwise I'll just return the broadband box for now and send the streambox later when this has been resolved. Thanks

@virginmedia Yes. Despite the network popup every few seconds, I can navigate to settings, system and then down to factory reset. But won't let me do a reset. Just brings up the service suspended message when select factory reset. Also no physical reset button either.

I’d just like to say sorry to showmasters and the fans at comicon. I made it to the hotel but woke up at 3 this morning with stomach pains. I then proceeded to be violently ill for hours. Not a pretty sight. I tried to see if it would wear off but at 10 am I called it off and came back to Manchester. I’m feeling slightly better now and I’m drinking lots of water and electrolytes. Again sorry for the cancellation and I look forward to next time.

@WGPAdventure what a shame you see parents are cash cows. Kids must be supervised in Adventue Park (obviously makes sense), but we charge you to be there to watch your own kids, adding significant % to cost. You are stopping the poorest families visiting. It's simply wrong!!

@F1 challenge fitters to put on tyres in 2.0 seconds. After last experience at @ats_euromaster @ATS_Business I'd have been happy if the hubcap tyre air cutout aligned with the tyre value when fitted. Incompetent/lazy!!!

What about an app notification or reviving the WhatsApp channel for savings session updates? Having to actively go and manaully check emails or social media makes things very clunky. Seems to have taken a step backwards in customers communication in 2025.

@LBRuT_Help please can you provide the parking team staff with some training on the Ringo. Was advised I could submit receipt. THESE DONT SHOW FOR FREE PARKING PERIODS!!! Makes it's harder to contest!!

Warning if parking in @LBRUT just been fined for parking in a space paid with Ringo!!! Then when I call up council refuse to deal with till tomorrow. I'm busy tomorrow and need to sort at my convenience eg NOW!!. @LBRuT_Help why is this made so difficult!!
