@Tricky01 Hi Nikki. If you are on a business plan with us the team should still be able to transfer you to them if you can get through. Alternatively as mentioned by my colleague you would need to call from any alternate mobile or landline.

@EE my phone is showing ‘no service’ and I can’t even seem to call now even via WhatsApp to resolve. I’ve switched on and off, turned airplane mode on and off etc

@EE My phone is a business phone so they weren’t able to help me. Also I have WiFi calling setting on but still can’t make calls?

If you're able to turn on your WiFi-Calling when connected to WiFi, this should allow you to make normal calls and texts. Alternatively, you would need to give us a call from another device so we can run some diagnostics on the issues you're having to see what's causing this to happen, and help get this resolved.

Also, have a look at how you can enable your WiFi-Calling service here, ee.co.uk/help/mobile/ma…, as this will act as a signal booster for both your calls and texts in the meantime. For my friends who asked how my husband is doing.He was transferred to a different hospital for a nerve biopsy &transferred back to our local hospital for ongoing rehabilitation from the bleed on his brain.He is fully back to the person he was & now waits treatment for Neuropathy
