#SenzoMeyiwaTrial I like the radicalised energy of the defence they are standing on business .. adv mnisi decisively dealt with the hypocrisy of that witch court and its bias then adv mshololo told court in its face that it mst not come with false allegations
Was/is the Nongoma case a Cold Case ? ...from my understanding the Captain said Nongoma case was registered in Nongoma and it is being investigated by Nongoma police ,how did Gininda get the gig 🤣😅😅🤣😳 #SenzoMeyiwaTrial
@Trigga_Tom4@TembsyMajija Last week Sibanda said Mabena and Mogane never had access to cell keys. They always had Valleria cops with them to open the cells. Which Valleria cops were present when cellphone was found? Sibanda must answer the question.
Sibanda is very confused individual. Just last week he was firm in desputing witnesses evidence with standing orders and today he wants to infer that Mogane & Mabena might have got the phone by breaking standing orders
There is no PhD individual with this logic.

Ratha want the answer Rams said he will leave for the witness. Because he thinks that will be against Defense (meaning Ntanzi didn't tell the witness that he was tortured). Ratha is only interested in evidence against the defense & if there's no, he adds it.
#SenzoMeyiwaTrial
When Ratha choose to lie unprovoked and say "i wanna be fair to this witness" there's no fairness just to disturb the line of questioning 😒😒 #SenzoMeyiwaTrial
