The basic supply and demand structure that dictates prices assumes that both consumers and suppliers can make educated rational decisions, which you dont do when stressed or homeless.

When we doubled our minimum wage to $70k, the rate of staff having babies and buying houses both grew 10x. All of a sudden people could afford to have families. To our senators who say they're pro-family: There's nothing more pro-family than a higher minimum wage.

@79toolive @MajdKHD @Ballislife @EW Your point is fair, but a lot of the hate on 3d animation is because technology has also made it *cheaper* which makes it an appealing target for corporate cash grabs. So 3d done well is a perfectly respectable art, but 3d done badly is often par for the course
