SH*T just got real. Yesterday the landlord served me with a section 25 Notice Ending a Business Tenancy - using point (f) of section 30 of The Landlord And Tenant Act (demolishing/reconstructing the premises). He wants us out by March 3rd next year. Time for a solicitor.
